Q. How much notice is needed to book a car valet?
A. Anything from 1 hour to next day to a couple of days! It really depends on how busy we are - give us a call on 07498 911 072 to see how quickly we can get to you!

Q. Do you come to me?
A. Yes we come to your home, workplace or basically any location as we are fully equipped with water and power via generator

Q. How far do you travel?
A. We cover Warrington and surrounding areas

Q. How much does a valet cost?
A. Please see the Price List page for the cost of all the services we offer

Q. How long does the valet take?
A. For a mini valet allow approximately 1 hour, a midi valet takes approximately 1-2 hours, a full valet takes approximately 2-3 hours and a premium valet takes approximately 3-4 hours

Q. What happens if its raining?
A. Due to adverse weather conditions such as heavy rain and very high winds, we would rearrange the valet at your convenience

Q. Do you take credit cards?
A. Unfortunately, we do not take any credit cards as yet - however you can pay cash or same day bank transfer

Q. What if there is lots of dog hairs?
A. Depending on severity, there will be an additional cost which will be discussed prior to the valet

Q. Will the upholstery be dry?
A. Normally your upholstery will be dry between 1 - 4 hours depending on the weather conditions and the depth of soiling. We leave all vehicles with disposable seat covers, enabling you to immediately use your vehicle

Q. What products do you use?
A. We source our products from a number of suppliers including Autoglym, Turtle-wax and Autosmart. Our choices are dependant upon the performance and final finish of the product

Q. Do I need to be present whilst you valet my vehicle?
A. No, you do not need to be present. We conveniently valet your vehicle whilst you are at work or home. We just require your keys to be left at reception (if at work). Payment is collected upon completion of the vehicle and return of the keys

Q. Can you call out and give me an estimate on a heavily soiled interior or faded paint work?
A. Yes, our advice and our estimates are free
